Julio worked on my parents house when their entire first floor got flooded due to a busted pipe in the foundation. Our trusted Plumber recommended him, and he was truly helpful from start to finish. I am truly grateful for his patience and hard work that he did at my parents house.
Julio helped my parents open an insurance claim, explain to them the process, and earned their trust. It is not an easy process working with the insurance company, but he truly took off most of the load and made the process as easy as possible for us.
He even threw in some additional upgrades (placed title around the fireplace, and put extra cabinets in the dining room area) that we are truly grateful for. Made my parents house a beautiful home.
There were a few hiccups along the process, but I truly appreciated him, making it right and fixing them even though those fixes had to come out of his pocket. For example, we wanted the bar top to be aligned with the sink, but his contractors accidentally lifted it up, so he corrected it and placed a brand new piece, nothing Mickey Mouse.
After the insurance claim was open, and work had already started we found mold in a coat closet that we never thought water got into. He just took care of it and treated the mold and place new drywall.
It is very hard to find a trusted contractor, but I can truly say he earned our trust throughout the process. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who ever experiences these types of issues or need help with reconstruction. Another plus is that he always picks up his phone! And he is very responsive and is always communicating the process.
